ABOUT THE OFFICE

ARBITRATOR AND MEDIATOR

The office is led by Grozdana Gičević. Appointed as an arbitrator and mediator at the Republic Agency for the Peaceful Resolution of Labor Disputes in Belgrade. Since the founding of the Agency for the Peaceful Resolution of Labor Disputes in Belgrade, she has served across three consecutive terms since 2005, handling a large number of cases:

EDUCATION – PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. Passed the Bar Exam in June 1996 before the Ministry of Justice in Belgrade.

Worked at ŽTP (Railway Transport Company) for 23 years across multiple departments — as a senior lawyer, head of general, legal, and HR affairs, and as secretary of the largest operational unit in Serbia within the Rolling Stock Maintenance Sector in Belgrade.

Has been practicing law continuously since 2003. In this profession, she applies her extensive legal knowledge and long-standing professional experience.
